NOTE TO NEW POTENTIAL CAMP LEJEUNE CLIENTS
Our opinion is that, in absence of Congressional action, Marines are barred by the Feres doctrine from bringing claims arising from the toxic water at Camp Lejeune. Our firms are representing only dependents, i.e., wives and children of Marines who lived at the base, were exposed to the toxic water and sustained their own injuries. Due to the extremely high volume of emails and calls, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US REGARDING POTENTIAL CLAIMS FOR INJURED MARINES AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT THESE CASES AT THIS TIME. (Please understand we disagree with this aspect of the law and would like to see it changed.)

If you are a dependent of a Marine injured by exposure to toxic water at Camp Lejeune you may contact us at 1 800 735-4062 extension 5 or by using the form below.
